Ok ladies, I’m so excited to do these sessions with you! As of now, all group sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, and all one on one sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All group sessions are 1.5 hours and one on one sessions are 1 hour unless told otherwise.

If you desire to do a one on one session, you can choose whichever session you want on any day you want as long as it is a Tuesday or Thursday.

All group sessions will have an assigned date since it requires more planning.
