Controlling Your Emotions

When we act out of our emotions, it can sometimes be detrimental. Unbothered is a term we like to throw around when it comes to how we feel, but truth be told, many of us are actually bothered, but there is a level of being unbothered we can reach if we put in the work of controlling our emotions. 

 

In this discussion we will:

 

Discover where your emotions come from

Discuss God’s emotions

Discuss practical ways to control your emotions

And discover roadblocks that may be hindering you from expressing your emotions in a healthy way.

 

We will use biblical, practical, and everyday examples to help you have a better understanding of our emotions. 

 

If you participate in a group discussion, an outline will be provided for you, and each discussion will be broken into two days to ensure we have enough time to cover everything and everyone gets to talk and participate. Each session will be 1.5 hours.

 

If you prefer a one on one session, an outline can be provided if you’d like, but this session will be a little more intimate and tailored to your needs of discussion. Tips will be a little more specific to how you deal with your emotions.

 

Please Note: I am not a counselor and will only advise you of tips that can be discovered in the Bible. This discussion will be available to book soon.

Group classes for this session are only available for December 14th and 21st. Second part of this group session will take place the following Thursday.
